Most of the people that are put in prison or jail have the opportunity to returning to society one day, but the acceptance is much more than they probably would expect when getting out. On a job application you are asked of any convictions, sometimes this plays a role in if you get the job. Since, most people that are in the same social group they play invisible to other social groups. Some social groups that may associate themselves with people that are incarcerated are poverty, racial minorities, and people with low education. These people may even see this social group as invisible due to the fact that incarceration or poverty may be apart of their household, or generations.
For people that are incarcerated they play social separation inside and outside of prison. Inside prison most people clique up or stay to themselves. Since there are so many gangs, race, and class issues prison members still find their selves being segregated.
